I’m an autistic practitioner and the founder of Ethical Autism Consultancy, a practice grounded in empathy, research, and reflective practice. I work with families and people who directly support autistic adults, as well as with organisations, workplaces, and services that interact with autistic people, to support respectful and inclusive ways of working.
I hold a Master’s degree in Autism (Distinction) and bring together lived autistic experience, academic research, and reflective practice. My work focuses on inclusion, co-production, and supporting ethical decision-making in complex, real-world environments.
I offer staff workshops, case consultations, and advisory support or those wanting to work with autistic people in more respectful, empathetic, and ethical ways, and I’m especially interested in helping people translate neurodiversity-affirming values into everyday practice
