Grounded in First-Hand Experience.
Informed by Research.
I’m Daniel, a neurodivergent practitioner and founder of Ethical Autism Consultancy. I support autistic adults by working with organisations, workplaces, families, and practitioners to develop more respectful, inclusive, and ethical approaches. My practice is shaped by empathy, research, and reflective practice.
My work offers a thoughtful alternative to support that is often well-intentioned, but not always informed by up-to-date knowledge or lived experience. I focus on collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming approaches that are genuinely centred on the person, supporting more confident, ethical practice in real-world settings.
With a Master’s degree in Autism (Distinction) and 17 years’ experience in social care, I bring together first-hand experience, academic research, and real-world practice to support meaningful, lasting change.
If this resonates with you, you’re very welcome to get in touch to explore how I can support you or your organisation.
